My name is Donna Wilburn and I am proud to be the principal of Bellshire Design Center. Prior to working at Bellshire, I was the assistant principal of J. E. Moss Elementary School. I have also served as a Reading Specialist, a kindergarten teacher, a first grade teacher, and a third grade teacher. I have worked at J.E. Moss Elementary, Amqui Elementary, and in the Memphis City School System.

I graduated from South Side High School in Jackson, Tennessee. After high school I attended the University of Tennessee at Martin and earned a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Early Childhood Education. I also earned a Master's Degree in Administration and Supervision from the University of Memphis, +30 hours from Cumberland University, and an Educational Specialist Degree from Tennessee State University. I am currently working on a Doctorate Degree in Administration and Leadership at Tennessee State University.

I enjoy working with all of the children, parents and teachers at Bellshire. In my spare time, I love reading. I also enjoy traveling to the beach with my husband, Kenneth.
