The Accelerated Reader (AR) program is a school-wide initiative to encourage students read, read, read! Reading skills improve when students practice reading every day. They take tests on the computer to check comprehension and earn rewards such as AR t-shirts, free books and homework coupons. At the end of the year, we celebrate with a Magic Show and a pizza party with the principal for high point earners.
