Baxter Alternative Learning center has a devoted faculty, staff, and administration. Baxter ALC employs thirteen full-time teachers and one part-time teacher covering 51 subject areas. In addition Baxter ALC has one principal, one guidance counselor, one S.T.A.R.S. counselor, one full-time behavior specialist, one secretary, one office clerk, one educational assistant, one in-school suspension teacher, one study island teacher, one permanent substitute teacher, one campus security officer, one full-time school resource officer, and two custodians.
